She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fritzgerald and Doris Fritzgerald (Long); and her stepfather Orval "Jake" Jacobs. She is survived by: her husband Jack Knustrom of Nauvoo, Illinois; her children, Dean Howd of Paris, Tennessee, Dr. Dana Howd (Linda Verchimak) of Seneca, Illinois and Shawn Howd (Justin Lauria) of Chicago, Illinois; her grandsons, Dylan and Collin Howd of Paris, Tennessee; and her stepsons, Mike Knustrom (Sally) of Fort Madison, Iowa and Rod Knustrom of Fort Madison, Iowa. She is also survived by nine step-grandchildren and twelve step-great-grandchildren.
