He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John F. Jr., Beverly Hofmann, Joseph P. Sr. and V. Lorean Baker; and his parents-in-law, Jack Danley and Deborah Lyytinen.
He is survived by: his parents, Joseph P. Jr. Baker and Carolyn K. Baker (Hofmann) of Montrose, Iowa; his wife Rhonda Baker of Nauvoo, Illinois; his children, Brandon West (Savanna) of Berwick and Abigail Berg; his granddaughter Freya Lilly Jo; and his siblings, Jo Lyn Shipman of Gilbert and David Baker (Traci) of Washburn. He is also survived by one brother-in-law and sister-in-laws; aunts and uncles, several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established for his family, contributions may be made to Rhonda Baker in c/o of Barr Memorial Chapel or left at the church during the services.
