It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Waldo E. A. Klingenberg of Nashville, Illinois, born in Oakdale, Illinois, who passed away on September 6, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodor Klingenberg and Katherine Klingenberg (Lehman); his wife Alene Rheinecker; and his siblings, Arnold Klingenberg (Lorene), Harold Klingenberg (Norma), Howard Klingenberg (Avis), Elva Lehde (Erwin), Erma Steinkamp (Elroy) and Alma Moeller (Ardell).
He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Klingenberg (Linda) of Nashville, IL and Brian Klingenberg of Nashville, IL; his grandchildren, Katlynn Washington (Anthony), Kelsie Rebhan (Adam) and Kyler Klingenberg; his great grandchild Miles Washington; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Mohr of Du Quoin, IL and Linda Roberson of Nashville, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relations and friends.
