She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony Forys and Mary Forys (Bartnicki); her parents-in-law, Don and Susan Jahnke; her brothers, Leonard, Patrick and Phillip Forys; and her granddaughter Cindy Jahnke.
She is survived by: her husband Alfred; her children, Chris Jahnke (Tammy) of DuBois, IL, Margaret Myers (Brian) of High Springs, FL and Steve Jahnke of Charleston, SC.; her grandchildren, Tyler, Colleen Jahnke, Tim and Tony Myers; her siblings, Lucille Trader (Tom) of Scheller, IL, Jeanette Kozuszek (Andrew) of High Ridge, MO, James Forys (Barbara) of Todds Mill, IL, Robert Forys (Veronica) of Breese, IL and Patty O'Rourke of Jacksonville, FL.; and her sisters-in-law, Eileen Siefert (Hershel) of Omaha, NE and Janet Forys of Todds Mill, IL..
In lieu of flowers, Mass offerings or memorials may be made to the St. Charles Catholic Church or to the St. Charles Cemetery and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
