She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Pedtke and Mary Pedtke (Lefffner); her husband Leo Czajkowski; and her siblings, Louie, Anthony, Ted Pedtke, Mary Gruhala and Clara Boczek.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy Malick (Glen) of Florissant, MO; her grandchildren, Scott (Carrie Malick) and Andrea Malick; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Ben and Jake Malick. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relations and friends.
Due to the Covid-19 health concerns, a private graveside service will be held at the St. Michael Catholic Cemetery in Radom, IL with Fr. Andy Knopik officiating.
