He is survived by: his wife Genie Kwiatkowski of Ashley, IL; his children, Steven Kwiatkowski (Brandy) of Goreville, IL and Stefanie Wilkins (Cory) of Ashley, IL; and his grandchildren, Shaelyn, Miley and Lydia. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
