He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Gogolek and Florence Gogolek. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Gogolek of DuBois, IL; his daughter Theresa Lundy (Jim) of Nashville, IL; his granddaughters, Bronte Phifer (Gabe), Alexis Alvord (Josh) and Hannah Lester (Kyle); and his brother Leo Gogolek of Stone Church, IL. He is also survived by 4 great grandsons, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Campagna Funeral Home (171 N Western St, Nashville, IL 62263-1135). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (19824 Posen Rd, Nashville, IL 62263).
Should friends desire, mass offerings or memorials can be made to the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church or Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cemetery and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home, who is assisting the family with arrangements.
