He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Habbe and Alvina Habbe (Roethemeyer); his wife Norma Jean (McKinney); his sisters, Beatrice, Bernice and Wanda; and his granddaughters, Olivia Habbe and Marcie Jean Habbe.
He is survived by: his sons, R. Henry Habbe III (Patricia) of Nashville, Robert Dean Habbe (Nancy) of Las Vegas and Randall Gene (Sara) of Nashville; his grandchildren, R. H. Habbe IV (Sherry) of Nashville, Ryan Habbe (Nicole) of Nashville, Elizabeth Pender (Aaron) of Nashville, Heather Habbe of Danbury and Jessica Habbe of Seattle, Washington.; his great grandchildren, Sarah Waltz (Jeremiah) of Webster, Jayd'n Landreth of Seattle, Rylee, Douglas Habbe of Nashville, Luke, Mia Habbe of Nashville, Ava, Gianna Habbe of Park Ridge, IL, Charlotte, Emma Pender of Nashville, Penelope, Gabriella and Evelyn Rosa of Nashville; and his sisters, Darla Weltmer of Decatur, IL and Maxine Paull (Harry) of Springfield, IL.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the St. Paul United Church of Christ (330 N Buhrman St, Nashville, IL 62263). A masonic service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul UCC or the Masonic Cemetery.
