He is survived by: his mother Patricia Mefford (Chwasczinski) of Nashville, IL; and his children, Zachary, Katelyn, Matthew and Olivia. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Campagna Funeral Home (171 N Western St, Nashville, IL 62263). A rosary was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Campagna Funeral Home - Nashville (171 N Western St, Nashville, IL 62263). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (136 S 3rd St, Radom, IL 62876).
Should friends desire, mass offerings or memorials can be made to the Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital or the Wounded Warriors Project and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
