It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mathilda Hackstadt (Nashville, Illinois), who passed away on May 9, 2019, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mathilda Hackstadt to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Eigenrauch and Anna Schumacher Eigenrauch; her husband Elwin Hackstadt; and also, Alvin, Lydia Eigenrauch, Raymond, Richard, Esther Eigenrauch, Elroy, Mildred Eigenrauch and Ewald Eigenrauch.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald (Paula) of Okawville and Hadley (Sandra) of Nashville; her grandchildren, Valerie Sharpe (Ryan) of Champaign, Laura Cleary (Paul) of O'Fallon, Krissy Schneider (Jonathan) of Venedy and Brett Hackstadt (Morganne) of Nashville; and her great grandchildren, Fiona Sharpe, Shaylyn, Emery Cleary, Hudson, Annley Schneider, Parklyn and Gatlin Hackstadt. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. John's UCC Building Fund or the Okawville Senior Center and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
