He was predeceased by: his father David; his brother Kevin Holder; his parents-in-law, Alois and Rose Meier; and his sisters-in-law, Norma Nelson (Toby), Shirley Spihlman (Jim) and Sherry Wysocki (William).
He is survived by: his wife Karen Holder of Nashville, IL; his stepson Troy Meier (Amanda) of Kirkwood, MO; his brothers, Byron W. Holder of Ashley, IL and Lloyd A. Holder of Nashville, IL; and his brother-in-law Gene Meier (Lana) of Bardstown, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Should friends desire, memorials can be made to the Washington County Animal Shelter or the American Lung Association and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home, who is assisting the family with arrangements.
