He is survived by: his children, Diane Toedte (Paul) of Nashville, IL and David Decker (Nicole) of O'Fallon, IL; his grandchildren, Jennifer Maschhoff (Josh), Melissa Diekemper (Brandon), Stephanie Toedte, Liam Decker and Emily Decker; his great grandchildren, Ila, Finn Maschhoff, Alice, Bill and Millie Diekemper; and his siblings, Leroy Decker, Bernice Norton (Robert) of St. Louis, MO, Ione Williams (Terry) of Marietta, GA and Irma Maxwell of Mt. Vernon, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
