He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Burns and Virginia "Ginny" Burns; and his sister Deana Traiteur. He is survived by: his former wife Victoria Yates; his wife Vicky Burns of Okawville; his daughter Angie Burns of Belleville; and his siblings, Jess Burns Sr. (Sharon) of Peoria, IL, Ronald Burns (Carol) of Newcastle, PA and Denise Massey (Danny). He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, numerous nieces, and nephews, as well as a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Nashville Assembly of God Church and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
