She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Barkau and Lorraine McClain Barkau; her siblings, Hershel, Marvin, Walter "Butch" Barkau and Hazel Mathews; and her brother-in-law Ronald Perkey.
She is survived by: her sister Karen Perkey of McHenry; and her siblings-in-law, Joe Mathews (Judy) of Freeburg and Florence Klasing of Carbondale. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Styninger Funeral Home (224 S Washington St, Nashville, IL 62263). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheiemers Association.
