He is survived by: his siblings, Harry Kozuszek (Florence), Evelyn Vetz, Gene Kozuszek, Leonard Conway, Ted Conway, Joe Kozuszek (Delores), Delores Bargiel, Leona Litzau (Rick), Joann Muenks (Pat), Clarence Kozuszek, Fred Kozuszek (Tracy) and David Kozuszek (Mary). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
