He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Polczynski and Catherine Polczynski (Gross); his children, Jacob Polczynski and Kathy Gutzler; his granddaughter Krissy Luth; his great grandchildren, Sydney Kujawa and Jacob Polczynski; and his siblings, Mary Steinkamp and Sylvester Polczynski.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Polczynski of Nashville, IL; his children, Michael Polczynski (Ann) of St. Johns, FL, Ann Berger (Harry), Matthew Polczynski (Susan), Tom Polczynski (Martha) and Margie Polczynski; his son-in-law Jeff Gutzler of Nashville, IL; his grandchildren, Seldon Polczynski, Amy Chibarro (Chris), Karrie Kujawa (Tony), Jackie Freeman, Amanda Niedbalski (Eric), Heather Maschhoff (Garrett), Keely Bosau (Mike), Erin Cook (Ryan), Ryan Polczynski (Mae) and Dustin Polczynski (Amy); his grandson-in-law Chris Luth; and his sister Betty Polczynski of Boulder, MT. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
