He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Schmidt and Kay Schmidt. He is survived by: his siblings, Danny Schmidt (Tina) of Nashville, Don Schmidt (Lori) of Pinckneyville, IL, Janet Seyler (Kevin) of Nashville and Cindy Jaworski (Steve) of Powder Springs, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as a host of friends.
