He is survived by: his mother Helen Kwiatkowski of Radom; his wife Geraldine "Gerrie" Kwiatkowski of Radom, IL; his brother Thomas Kwiatkowski of Radom; his sister-in-law Bernadine Peters (Walter) of Mt. Vernon, IL; and his pet Tippy. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
