He was predeceased by: his siblings, Tammy Cunningham, James "Jim" Cunningham and Timmy Cunningham. He is survived by: his brother Jason Crews; his daughter Amanda Cunningham of Nashville; his stepdaughter Kaitlin Wales; his sons, Jacob Cunningham (Alexandria) of McKenzie and Caleb Cunningham of Savannah; and his siblings, Richard Cunningham (Pamela) of McKenzie, Denise Crews (Randy) of McKenzie and Susie Hoskins (Bob) of McKenzie.
