He is survived by: his parents, Blaine Middleton and Jennifer Middleton (Rusiewski) of Scheller, IL; his siblings, Ashley Schultz (Tim Shoemaker) of St. Louis, MO, Cory Middleton (Megan Wreath) of Nashville, IL, Josephine Middleton (Charles Koepke) of Oakdale, IL and Carly Middleton (Kimani Williams) of St. Louis, MO; his grandparents, Pam Bybee of Woodlawn, IL and Joe Middleton of Dover, TN; his nieces and nephews, Elena, Grayson, Quinn, Delilah, Ember, Maren and Koda; and his close friends, Kade Ridgeway and Brayden Higgins. He is also survived by other relatives and countless friends.
Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the Washington County Animal Shelter and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
