He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell Lietz and Roberta Maxwell Lietz. He is survived by: his siblings, Allyn Lietz (Kim) of Woodlawn, Greg Lietz of Ashley, Lindsey Lietz (Cathy) of Nashville, John Lietz (Lori) of Clarksville, TN, Jim Lietz (Dawn) of Hoyleton and Lori Segelhorst (Tom) of Venedy; and his girlfriend Marilyn Stevenson of Nashville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
