She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Martin and Blanche Martin (Phillips); her daughter-in-law Pam Chambers; her sisters, Lavonne Haines and Lois Hancock; and her nephew Stacy Haines.
She is survived by: her spouse Leslie A. Chambers; her children, Timothy M. Chambers of Nashville and Leslie Jan Wever (Dave) of White Heath, IL; and her grandchildren, Danielle Chambers of St. Louis and Andrew Chambers of Nashville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Christian Church in Villa Grove.
