He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Tuttle and Mary Louise Tuttle; his great-niece Novalee Barker; and his brother-in-law Michael Shields. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Patton; his daughters, Jennifer Dixon (Shane) of Herrin, IL and Rebecca Tuttle (Cody Kiefer) of Nashville, IL; his granddaughter Alana Dixon; his siblings, Joseph Tuttle (Deb) of Hoyleton, Patrick Tuttle of Nashville, IL, Kathleen Shields of Mequon, WI and Barbara Barker of Nashville, IL; and his parents-in-law, Marlyn and Margaret Patton of Nashville, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
