He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank W. Kujawa and Sophie Kujawa (Szopinski); his former wife Mary Jane Kryger; his son Mark Kujawa; and his parents-in-law, Frances, Ted Gajewski, Bernice, Leo Kwiatkowski, Walter, Susan Kujawa, Helen, Leo Witges, Lawrence Eugene Kujawa, Bernard Flerlage, Jr. and Charles Schorfheide.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Ann Kujawa of Nashville, IL; his daughter Barbara Maschhoff (Gary J.) of Hoyleton, IL; his grandchildren, Tiffany Hink (Kevin) of St. Louis, MO, Keely Washam (Tommy) of Chicago, IL and Clinton Maschhoff (Katie Chavre) of Seattle, WA; his great grandchildren, Kellan and Meara Hink; his daughter Catherine Irwin (Bruce) of Glenview, IL; his grandchildren, Cameron Irwin of Durham, NC and Jackson Irwin (Elizabeth Lusk) of Madison, WI; his son Michael Kujawa (Deanne) of Mt. Vernon, IL; his grandchildren, Bryce Kujawa (Lea) of Mt. Vernon, IL and Brooke Tate (Mason) of Mt. Vernon, IL; his great grandchildren, Sadie, Zoey and Brodie Kujawa; his daughter Kimberly Torres (Brian Curtis) of Walnut Hill, IL; his grandson Brandon Torres of Herrin, IL; his son Todd Kujawa (Allison) of Woodlawn, IL; his grandchildren, Jacob Kujawa of Evansville, IN and Harlee Kujawa of Woodlawn, IL; his siblings, Ernie Kujawa (Rose Marie), Alex Kujawa (Marcia), Charles Kujawa (Janet), Frankie Kujawa (Cindy), Hattie Geppert (Stanley), Mary Ann Krus (John), Elsie Flerlage, Maxine Wright (Roy) and Laverne Schumm (David); and his sister-in-law Joan Schorfheide. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relations and friends.
In lieu of flowers, plants and other gifts, memorials can be made to the Washington County Vocational Workshop (WCVW), Community Link of Breese, IL or to a charity of the donor's choice and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
