He was predeceased by: his mother Ruby Sophia Swinford (McGrew); his son Michael Aaron Swinford; his father Adren Swinford; his siblings, Owen Swinford, Eula Nickels, Hazel Duzan, Edna Pearl Huston, Dale Swinford and Don Swinford; and his stepson Jack Brooks.
He is survived by: his former wife Gertrude Swinford (Trudy); his brother James Cleo Swinford (Betty) of Marshall, IL; his wife Rose Swinford (Kahrhoff) of New Minden, IL; his children, Matthew Swinford of Collinsville, IL, Monica Swinford of St. Louis, MO and Sherry Brooks Jacobson of Belvidere, IL; and his grandchildren, Lucas Swinford (Ashely), Logan Swinford, Jack Brooks IV, Alexandria Grawe (Ryan), Tyler, Tanner and Braxton Brooks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and extended family.
Mr. Aaron Adren Swinford, long time resident of Nashville, IL, lost his battle with Alzheimer's Disease at Carlyle Healthcare Center in Carlyle, IL on Tuesday May 5, 2020.
