It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra L. Mitchell (Naplate, Illinois), born in Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on November 26, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Watland and Eileen Watland (Olsen); her stepson Bob Mitchell (Sherry); her siblings, Walt Watland II, Alan Watland, Rodney Watland, Debra Morganflash and Mary Blue; and her stepbrother Don Watland.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jody Follis of Ottawa and Tami Tarochine of Ottawa; her stepchildren, Marna Harmon (Steve) of Ottawa and Barry Mitchell (Vicki) of Ottawa; her grandchildren, Lee Follis (Leighann), Lisa Dahl (Dustin), Nicole Sigler, Jared Mitchell (Sara) and Christopher Tarochione; her stepgrandchildren, Grady, Brittany, Chad, Kylie, Samantha, Andrea, Rachael and Neil; her great grandchildren, Jessica, Vivienne, Dominic, Molly, Declan, Lexi, Madison and Ella; and her siblings, Randy Watland (Marion), Rebecca Tungate and Eileen King. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grand children.
