He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Mason and Mary Julia Mason (Berutti); and his siblings, Effie Mason, Dorothy, Jean Ann, Mary, Samuel and John.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn C Hadley; his son Kevin Mason (Nancy) of Ottawa; and his grandsons, Cory Willet of Ottawa and J. James Mason of Fayetteville Tn. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
