He is survived by: his wife Mona Sudinski; his children, Pamela Kabureck (Keith) of Bloomington, IL., Thomas Siurek of Naperville, IL. and Jo Ellen Stone (Jeff) of Frankfort, IL.; his grandchildren, Ashley Brown, Alyssa Gerard, Alexis Siurek, Samantha Siurek, Thomas Siurek II, Lilly and Andrew Stone; his great grandchild Audrey Brown of Warrensburg, IL.; his siblings, Jameson, Grayson Gerard of Normal, IL. and Elaine Oakley; and his brothers-in-law, John Oakley and Lee Sudinski.
He received the Texaco Super Star award, a recognition which was based on individual contribution to Corporate Performance.
