It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pearl Lorraine Horn of Naperville, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on July 23, 2024, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Onorato and Santina Onorato; her husband Franklin G. Horn; and her son Thomas J. Horn. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Nelson (John); her grandchildren, Alicia Smorynski (Matt) and John Franklin Nelson (Kendra Otto); and her great grandchildren, Cadence Smorynski, Matthew Smorynski and Pamilyn Smorynski.

Memorials in Pearl's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
