With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lynn M. Minnis of Naperville, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 12, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Charles W. "Bill" Minnis, Jr.; her parents, John Lester and Marjorie Lester; and her brother John Jay Lester (Mary Ellen). She is survived by: her children, Christy Woitel (Kyle) of Elmhurst, IL, Kathleen Minnis-Olson (Chris) of Plainfield, IL and Brian Minnis (Kelly) of Plainfield, IL; her grandchildren, Samantha, Sydney, Parker Woitel, Nathan and Bryce Minnis; and her siblings, Tom Lester (Diane), Bill Lester (Kristie), Sue Lester (Petra Mertens), Jane Forrest (Jay) and Tim Lester (Elizabeth).
