In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Kara Lee leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Kara Lee may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Wilson and Karen Wilson; and her nephew Joshua Burrington. She is survived by: her children, Sarah Romano (Luke) and David Kuhn; her sister Kimberlee (KJ) Burrington (David); and her niece Claire Burrington (Sam Palmer).

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Home & Crematory - Downtown Naperville (516 S Washington St, Naperville, IL 60540). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.

“We met Kara when moved to Ashbury from Colombia, Kara welcomed our family with open arms, and my 5-year-old son was blessed to have David as his classmate and first friend. David’s kindness, patience, and friendship helped my son adjust to a new culture, a reflection of the loving values instilled by his mother, Kara. Her goodness and the love she radiated will always be remembered. Kara was a true angel, embodying selfless grace and compassion. We will forever cherish her memory in our hearts.”
