She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Chrapla and Emily Chrapla; her sister Linda Blaha; and her husband Gerald Bouska. She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Bouska (Ann) and Doug Bouska (Dawn); her brother Edwin Chrapla (Sobie); and her grandchildren, Lillie Bouska, Jack Bouska, Luke Bouska and Matthew Bouska. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
