We are sad to announce that on June 8, 2024, at the age of 78, Dawn K. Cooney of Naperville, Illinois, born in Tampico, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Taets and Henrietta Taets; and her brother Jim. She is survived by: her sons, Jeffery Johnson (Cori) of Plainfield, IL, Chad Johnson (Jenni) of Geneseo, IL and Christopher Cooney (Annie) of Monroe, NC; her grandchildren, Ben, Matt Johnson, Kiersten, Brooklyn Johnson, Aiden, Jaylee Brudos and Wyatt Cooney; and her siblings, John Taets (Linda) of Tampico, IL, Dick, Diana and Delores.
