With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Christine E. Tews of Naperville, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Christine left this world on February 7, 2025 at the age of 77, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Albers and Elda Albers; her husband Dan Tews; her sisters, Kathryn Dowden and Gretchen Breininger; and her brother-in-law Dennis Hockemeyer.

She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Tews (Angela), Lucas Tews and Ethan Tews (Melissa); her grandchildren, Josiah, Timothy, Katelyn, Abigail, Christopher, Joshua, Micah and Noah; and her siblings, Jane Fields (Tom), Teresa Hockemeyer, Dan Albers and David Albers (Jill).

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Peace Lutheran Church to support its global mission work.
