Though Charolette may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Charolette touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene McDonald and Ella McDonald; and her sister Eleanor Rupp (McDonald). She is survived by: her brother Bob McDonald; her aunt Hanna; her husband Arthur Thomas Ruppe; her daughter Mary; and her grandsons, Nicholas, Alex and Jackson. She is also survived by her sons, playing card games with her sons and grandchildren, attending grandkids.
They lived under one roof during the pandemic, where Mimi once again put on her teacher hat and tutored the kids who were learning mostly via zoom.
