Celine Swieboda Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Celine Swieboda in Naperville, Illinois, who passed away on January 10, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Szmergalski and Cecilia Szmergalski (Kluk); her sister-in-law Caryn Carlson; and her godson William Woidat. She is survived by: her husband Michael Swieboda; her sons, Matt Swieboda and Kevin Swieboda (Stella); her grandchild Skylar; and her siblings, Ron Szmergalski (Deb), Colette Woidat (Tom) and Cheryl Goulding (John). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; as well as many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home (44 S Mill St, Naperville, IL 60540). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church (2220 Lisson Rd, Naperville, IL 60565).
In lieu of flowers, Celine's family would appreciate donations in her memory to one of the two causes.
