He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia; his children, Michael (Georgine Bosak), Katie Smith (Matthew), Babette Sanders (William) and Christopher Whitney (Theresa); his grandchildren, Beatrix, Charley, Ryan, Margaret, Eileen, Gwen, Jacob and Lauren; his brother Frank Bonkalski (Jeanette); his former wife Judith; and his parents, Stanley Bonkalski and Clara Bonkalski (Geraskey).
