She was predeceased by: her husband Giuseppe Musacchio; her parents, Antonio Lettieri and Annunziata Lettieri; and her siblings, Rosina, Giuseppe, Barbara, Assunta, Antonio and Anella Lettieri.
She is survived by: her children, Vincenzo Musacchio of Chicago, IL, Rosanna Alonzi (Alvaro) of Sora and Mariella Romano (Nicola) of Naperville, IL.; her grandchildren, Gabrielle, Alex Musacchio, Fabio (Patrizia), Gian Piero (Manuela), Mary Ann Alonzi (Onofrio Gadaleta), Stefania, Christian and Francesca Romano; her great grandchildren, Alessandro, Daniele, Simone, Sara and Giorgia; and her brother Carmelo.
