With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Amy S. Columbus (Naperville, Illinois), who passed away on January 4, 2025 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Louise (MaryLou); her mother-in-law Linda Colon; and her grandparents, Margaret, Gregory Dryz, Bea and Ben Shipper II.
She is survived by: her son Brian Gabriel; her father-in-law Ruben; her husband Brian Gabriel; her daughter Katherine; her father Ben Shipper III; and her siblings, Ben Shipper IV (Cindy Perpich) and Debra Shipper. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her honor be made to the Kid Booster fund by the Naperville Education Foundation (https://nef203.org) which provides direct anonymous assistance to children in need within the Naperville District 203 community.
