She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Otto Robert and Pearl Metcalfe Zieche; her husband William T. Gaines; her children, Kathleen Jean Sweatman of Jacksonville, Mary Louise Gaines-Watts of Jacksonville, Linda Sue Rogers (Loren) of Murrayville and William "Tom" Gaines, Jr. (Julie) of Murrayville; and her pet George. She was also cherished by six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
