He is survived by: his parents, Terry L. Baine, Sr. of Murrayville and Pamela Baine (Meagher) of Hartford; his grandmother Joyce Clem of Wood River; and his siblings, Terry L Baine, Jr. (Tricia) of Wood River, James Smith (Edna) of Worden and Jennifer N. Baine (Kenny Marteller) of Hartford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
