He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lee and Faye Rosezetta Phillips Jobe; his wife Edith Mae "Edie" Rigg; his son David Jobe; and his brother Joe Dean Jobe.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Atwood (Kevin) of Murrayville and Carrie Laning (Tim) of Versailles; and his siblings, Earl Jobe (Freda) of Arkansas, James Jobe (Mary Ann) of Rockford, Nettie Jackson of Mt. Sterling, Betty Rigg (Les) of Michigan and Kathy "Susie" Esterbrook (Dave) of Rockford. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
