He is survived by: his parents, Keith R. Pennell and Dixie A. Phillips Pennell of Murrayville; his siblings, Doug Pennell (Rachel) of Murrayville and Laura Lowery (Mike) of Murrayville; and his nieces and nephews, Steve Lowery (Kari), Brad Lowery, Ryan Lowery (Taylor) and AJ Pennell. He is also survived by 6 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Daws Family Funeral Home - Jacksonville (508 W Vandalia Rd, Jacksonville, IL 62650). A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
