He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Crane and Lorene Crane (Hawkins); and his sisters, Ida "Jane" House and Alice Launius. He is survived by: his spouse Euba Johnson; his son Jonathan Crane of Murphysboro; and his siblings, Lizzie Launius of Murphysboro, Leonard Crane of Murphysboro, Helen Russell (John) of Murphysboro, Lillian Johnson (Floyd "Gene") of Murphysboro, Roy Crane (Julie) of Murphysboro and Arlene Rinehart (Bill) of Murphysboro. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Shriner's Hospital or St. Jude's Hospital.
