He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley A. "Bud" and Bernice A. Anderson (Nelson). He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Anderson of Murphysboro; his sons, Garrett (Sarah Anderson) of Murphysboro, Derek (Jennifer Anderson) of Murphysboro and Brock Anderson of Murphysboro; his brothers, Bruce (Janet Anderson) and Bob (Ginger Anderson); his grandchildren, Abigail, Hannah, Caleb Anderson, Natalie and Allison Followell; and his nieces and nephews, Denise Travers, Alyce Anderson, Debbie Kennedy, Dawn Anderson, Brad and Jeff Chilton.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be made to the S.I.H. Cancer Institute, the American Cancer Society, The Wounded Warrior Project, or to the donor's choice.
