He is survived by: his parents, Terry Wayne Scott and Amanda Jean Higgs (Cross); his siblings, Noah Lee Scott, Lillian Scott, Samantha Higgs and Nichole Higgs; and his grandparents, Glenn, Janet Cross, Papa Terry Lee Scott and Gma Martha Scott.
