He is survived by: his girlfriend Sally Welker of Cape Girardeau; his brother Clayton Clippard (Shelly) of St. Charles; his sons, Christopher Welker of St. Louis and Michael Welker of Cape Girardeau; his grandchildren, Jacob, Jordan and Makayla; his niece Ellen; and his nephew Nick.
