It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruby Jo Dallas of Murphysboro, Illinois, born in DeSoto, Illinois, who passed away on December 4, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Carrell and Edith Grace Mifflin Sickler; her husband Bill Dallas; her son Jimmy Carrell Dallas; and her sisters, June Williams and Gae Pedigo.
She is survived by: her children, Patty Grammar of Murphysboro, Billy Kie Dallas of Murphysboro, Danny C. Dallas of Ava and Bobby D. Dallas of DeSoto. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; one great great grandson; many nieces, cousins and friends.
