He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Winters and Lula Winters; and his siblings, Jack Winters, Charles Winters and Sue.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Winters (Maynor); his children, Shari Biggs (David) of Carbondale, IL and Brian Winters, Sr. of Du Quoin, IL.; his brother Jim Winters; and his grandchildren, Kristen Biggs, Morgan Winters, Brian Winters, Jr. and Patrick Winters.
