It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Roland (Register) Pautler of Murphysboro, Illinois, born in Durham, North Carolina, who passed away on January 15, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Register and Cora Elizabeth Register (Winstead); her husband Dan Pautler; and her sister Mary Lee Wheeler. She is survived by: her children, David Pautler (Jerri Pautler) of Bluffton, SC, Mark Pautler (Darlene Pautler) of Murphysboro, Beth Hall (Joe Pickard) of Murphysboro and Steve Pautler; her grandchildren, Sonja Reiman, Amy Helle, Danny Hall, Katie Williams, Michael Pautler, Adam Pautler and Will Pautler; her great grandchildren, Tyler Reiman, Ashley Oetjen, Courtney Oetjen, Timmy Reiman, Haley Williams, Luke Hall, Elizabeth Williams and Jake Hall; and her great great grandchild Jeremiah.
Visitation will be at the church from 1 to 2 p. m. Monday, with masks and social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorials to be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to St. Andrew School.
